Recently stated construction of a LED backlight factory in east China's Jiangsu Province. The factory based in Kunshan City, with a total investment of 886 million yuan and covering an area of 33 hectares, is expected to produce 7.2 million Liquid Crystal Modules (LCM) and 3.6 million televisions with eight LCM production lines. Chen Yuehua, the Konka president, pointed out that the production line is conducive to set up an integrated LED industrial chain, cut costs and strengthen Konka's competitiveness in the sector.The company notes 335-A2 series of led high bay light was built-in with LumiTrail advanced multi-chips on board LED packaging technology and durable for more than 35,000 Hrs and is a good energy saving solution which performs the flux up to 4500 Lm. The LED chips were directly mounted on a square aluminum substrate without using leads which benefits effective heat dissipation for better luminous maintenance.

The SL-Dolphin Street Light series covers with 60W, 90W, 120W and 150W LED light engine power consumption and is capable of offering very high luminaire light output up to 13000lm. In addition, the series has been tested by authorities and graded as the most efficient street lights. With efficiencies reaching up to 75 lm/W while installed on 8m poles, they provide improved brightness and high uniformity compared to traditional street lights installed on 12m poles, while offering up to 40% energy savings. In addition, they have an extremely long service life: depending on the type, 40,000h at a substrate temperature of up to 80°C cause extended maintenance intervals to contribute to low operation costs in addition to the high energy efficiency.
